Where To Get a Hacked Phone Unhacked?

Featured Replies

I have a Samsung J6+ Android phone, 4/64 GB - dual SIM capability, with one AIS SIM Card, and one True Move SIM Card.   I live near Onnut BTS Station.

All at once, both SIM cards became unable to send or receive regular phone calls.  Both can still send and receive data.

I can still send and receive calls using LINE, or What'sApp - so there is nothing wrong with phone's audio system.

I paid the bills for both SIM card services within the past five days.

I suspect that my phone has been hacked - to disable my ability to make or receive regular phone calls.

Where can I go to get a knowledgeable Android mobile phone technician to inspect the phone, locate the function that is disabling the mobile phone capability for both SIM Cards, and restore the phone to normal operation?   My first thought is to go to the top floor of Terminal 21, and ask the staff in the shops where to go for help.  That is what I will do today.  I will bring sufficient cash to purchaes a new phone, if that turns out to be the only way to solve my connectivity problem.

Has anyone else recently suffered a similar problem, and then pursued - and obtained - a successful "unhacking" outcome?

Thanks,

Cheers !

Most of the shops can re install the ROM (the software that came with the phone). That resets and deletes everything.

Tried installing a 3rd sim card to test?

Really?

How about doing a factory reset first?

How did the phone get hacked?

Here is how I resolved my problem.   I went to Terminal 21, and went up to the 6th floor - the floor where the motion picture section is based.   I went to this little shop that had a Samsung display, and asked them how i could get my phone fixed.   And - how I could get a new battery for my Samsung J6+?

One guy asked me to follow him, which I did.    He took me down to the 3rd floor, to a shop called the  K IT Store.  It was not far from the Eve and Boy store.  They looked at my phone, and agreed that it had a numbe of problems.   I decided that I wanted to get a new battery installed, and to get my phone able to make and receive regular phone calls. They asked me to give them an hour, and just go have a meal.

I returned an hour later.  They needed another 15 minutes.  Then they gave me back the phone, with a new battery, and with both SIM cards operating normally - and able to make and receive calls.  I asked them if they could give me a new rubber-plastic "sleeve" for the phone.  They took a few minutes to dig out what I needed.

Total bill:  1,740 baht.    No problem.     Phone is basically back to "Brand New".

End of problem.

Thanks.
