Featured Replies

Hi peeps, on gmail setting, I set to always show image. But yet, I can't view the pictures nor download files.

What is going on??

I'm using huawei, true Sim.

Help me plssss.

Check your Gmail settings to make certain you can download images (and previews) over data only.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app Fsl0wz7NUrYWKZiXeb-dk55qkUjeYUcwRZfvSK5X.
  2. In the top left, tap Menu Menu.
  3. Tap Settings and then your account.
  4. Under "Data usage," tap Images.
  5. Tap Always show.

Have you got the latest OS update ? Just recently both my phone  & tablet (both Samsung) updated the operating system to the latest version.
