In rivers, lakes and breeding ponds.

The latter is easiest. I once fished in a Pla Dook pond and the beasts pretty much jumped out on to my hook even before it hit the water! Most fun I ever had fishing. It was in a way like going to Loi Kroh compared to 'dating'.

Cheers,

Chanchao

there are some fisheries and ponds around second ring road and first ring road. Just drive around and have a look.

Huay Thung Thaew Lake is always good. There is also boating, kayaking and bicycles for rent if you wish to exercise.

Huay Thung Thaew is great! :D

But, it's also my 'Secret Garden', so only tell nice people about it :o

The Thai Army has done a great job in managing the area over the years

Don't forget the fresh kung ten available. I've gotten drunk more often at Huay Tung Thaew drinking Mae Khong with extended family & friends in attendance than in any bar over the past decade.
