I am currently looking for a live in maid, as we don’t speak Thai so if she is English proficient would be ideal.  We have a 5 year old daughter to look after.  Please advise

You don't appear to married to a local, a wife's family is usually the first port of call for this type of worker.

Are you working here?

If so your fellow workers might know some one.

Proficiency in English from someone willing to work as a domestic servant might be a bit much to ask.

 

Just a suggestion but you could ask at  the guesthouses or cafes on JedYod Road, maybe they know someone looking for that type of work.

i thought different services were provided on yedyod, more horizontal..
