Some more real-life data have come out on the effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Ten days after achieving full protection (assumed to occur ca 1 week after 2nd shot) 31 out of 163,000  people vaccinated by Maccabi Healthcare where diagnosed with COVID, whereas this ratio was approx. 11 times higher in an equivalent sample of non-vaccinated people. It appears that those infected despite vaccination had light symptoms.

The National Health Ministry reported 317 infections in 715,000 vaccinated people which is a roughly 2.4 fold higher incidence than the Maccabi data. Some point to higher 'socio-economic status' and living in areas with lower infection rates for Maccabi members to explain the difference.
