A deliveryman became a small celebrity online when he proved that he would go to any lengths to ensure customers get their food.

In this case, it was fishermen on a boat who had ordered their meal.

On Tuesday, Facebook user Pradit Saengdee posted images of a Food Panda deliveryman paddling a boat to his destination with the caption: “Food Panda has launched a water delivery service”.

The photos drew attention, praise and shares.

The 22-year-old Chachoengsao-based delivery staff, Tanyapisit Eiamkitjakarn, said he was delivering food to customers on Bang Pakong River on Tuesday.

He said he knew the customers personally and knew how to row a boat, so delivering food was not difficult.

if i owned a business here in thailand, i would hire this guy in a second (doesnt matter the business , long as it's legal)

I geuss this is just a publicity stunt since food panda is loosing big time from Grab (their own fold by the way since they charge their clients 30% so if the restaurant uses food panda it's like they are working for them , they need to pay water , electric , staff and their products and then also pay food panda 30% ) i understand that if you use them more people can reach you but 30% , C'mon .
