Agreed. Short of a defector/leaker internal to China, at this point we will never know for sure. The CCP is expert at information management (propaganda) and has long-since closed all avenues to the truth, eliminating anybody in China as necessary.

Other viruses were 96% similar, but still that's pretty far. Do you know the genetic similarity between yourself and a gorilla?
