Replacement deep water pump.

Featured Replies

I attach an image plate of my current deep water pump.

I do not know how deep the well is.

I would be most grateful for any recommendations for a replacement model, reliability, length of guarantee extra please.

I previously had a jet pump on a 30m 4" bore hole.  When it died for what cause, I don't know, I decided to replace with a submersible pump.  I went with a FROG 3" 1/2 HP along with a pressure control unit from Do Home.  The FROG came with 1 year warranty.  Very happy with that after 5 months and get more than needed flow rate from 28m.  The total cost was a bit over B10K for everything installed.  My labor.

The depth of my well was confirmed to me yesterday - 15 metres.

Currently the water level is at 13 metres, two metres left until the monsoon rains.
