im confused , i thought i was applying for VISA and then later COE ?

is it a mistake ? anyone pls give some light on this

Many embassies want you to have the $100,000 covid 19 insurance before you apply for a visa and/or a pre approved COE application.

You could also get those done.

You can book these after the COE is pre-approved, but the timing can be difficult as you only have 15 days in which to do it. If you do book flights and ASQ before the COE I'd recommend you get those with good cancellation and date change options, just in case.
