Women have less power (especially in Asian countries) in the sexual dynamics. Most men do (it appears) prefer, and( anecdotally I am informed) pay extra to not use condoms. The men are the ones seeking services from the "working women", men rarely have sexual health checks unless they have symptoms of infection, and are frequently asymptomatic carriers of other STIs (chlamydia being the most frequently untreated one). Ok then let's make the point of Choice , It comes down to the Women/Working Girl to say NO . If they Don't say No than It's Greed from the Sex Workers and they take the Risk and they Will pass it on to their Next John. So Who's Guilty ? I would think if they were gay they’d prefer a man that looked like a man, no? I’ve always thought the ladyboy obsession to be a “fetish”, not a sexual preference. I could be wrong. Either way, probably something guys don’t want others to know about.l, thus the HIV spread.

Lacessit
The chances of HIV transmission from male to female are pretty low with vaginal sex, even lower when it is female to male. The main risk is anal sex without a condom. I understand there are a lot of women in Pattaya who will oblige. The only Thai female I have condomless sex with is my GF, and it took 2 years before we got around to bareback. Any other woman, it's a condom before any action at all.

PreP is a racist medication so the rich from the global north can better f*** the poor from the global south. The rich are helped by all advances of modern medicine. The poor, if they get AIDS, go back to their village to die. Racist medication? Are you one fo those leftists who call everything you don't like "racist?" These "advances in modern medicine" you speak of are all developed in the West. Many are given away for free or at discounted rates to developing countries. Maybe you can look at corrupt government officials in the "global south" who pilfer resources from their own people preventing more money from being spent on medications, infrastructure, etc. which would benefit citizens of their countries. 1 1

Popular Post BenDeCosta
My experience is that most girls insist on condoms or will refuse sex. Of course there are a couple that don't but then if they are doing that with you, then they've probably done that with hundreds of other guys before so you should be even more cautious. The chance of contracting HIV from one instance of insertive heterosexual sex with someone who is confirmed positive is about 0.08% for the man. Sometimes we are made to believe that if you have sex with someone that has HIV, then you'll get it too. Another fallacy that is promoted in the West is that condom use makes sex 100% safe, it does not, because you can still catch several STDs whilst wearing a condom which include chlamydia, molloscum contagiosum, genital herpes and genital warts. RichardColeman
Nobody can give anyone HIV if their viral load is undetectable. It's impossible and has never happened in the whole history of HIV medication. You are probably far safer in fact having sex with a HIV undetectable person who looks after themselves than a Russian roulette no condom one nighter with a girl/boy from a bar.

Moo 2
Let's not get women involved in this. Any man who is married or was married or who had a lasting relationship with a woman will tell you, women are never wrong, never make mistake and it's always the man's fault. So here is a famous quote, (probably written by a woman), "A good wife is the one who FORGIVE her husband when she is WRONG".

Popular Post BenDeCosta
If you don't to want to deal with with the risks of contracting HIV or any of other the nasties that are easily treated with a few days of antibiotics, then don't have sex. Likewise, don't ever cross a road because you might get knocked down and killed. Don't go on a plane because it might crash. Don't eat chicken because you might get salmonella. Don't even think about smoking a cigarette or trying a beer. Jesus, sometimes you need to accept that life comes with risks. And none of us are going to live forever so get your backside in gear before you end up in a wheelchair like Colin, life's there to be taken and enjoyed. Go out, enjoy your life and have fun because you're going to die. Have as much fun as you can, because you aren't going to be here forever.
