for COE , should i upload return ticket too ?

can anyone pls tell me 

 

for coe should i upload return ticket too?  as i plan to extend my stay after the 90 days 

 

howver in the COE website they are asking for the insurance coverage for total duration .

If you have a non-o visa you should not need to upload your return ticket for a COE.

You only need the covid 19 insurance for 90 days that is the number of days you get when you enter the country.

they have a part here to upload it , should i just upload the airticket into the country?
