Any insurance packages that cover all requirements for STV?

The insurance requirements for the STV seem to be the most complicated part of the proces. Does anyone know of any company that do the hospital inpatient/outpatient insurance plus the COVID 19 insurance as a package?

 

Also if it's not clear from the STV requirements whether it's sufficient to just purchase insurance for the first 90 days. I don't know how you could purchase for the whole duration of your stay if you don't know beforehand when you intend to leave the kingdom..
