Don Carlos Coffee arrives in Thailand

Italy’s artisan coffee-making style and our love for Italian style espressos embody Don Carlos Coffee. It has thus inspired us to introduce Don Carlos coffee products to Thailand.

Don Carlos coffee is a premium quality coffee that consistently maintains its high Made in Italy standards. Our goal was to create a specialty product meeting the unique preferences and taste of Asian consumers.

The coffee is exclusively roasted and packed by Caffe Carraro, an Italian coffee manufacturer who has been in the business since 1927. Café Carraro has a deep-rooted tradition of high-quality coffee manufacturing. Their manufacturing involves precise roasting and blending techniques. “Master Tasters” carefully analyze and select the best batches of green coffee beans from different countries of origin.

Convection based roasting machines ensure that the beans are evenly roasted both inside and outside. This guarantees that the beans undergo all of the chemical and physical transformations that are essential for producing exceptional roasted coffee. Each origin of coffee has its own distinctive features: in order to ensure that every single bean is roasted as well as possible, Caffè Carraro has chosen to roast coffee from each place of origin separately before blending the aromas and flavours of the different origins. Over 76 million tonnes of great coffee have been packaged and delivered all over the world.

Don Carlos offers a wide selection of coffees. The products range from beans to capsules, pods and different variants of ground coffee. The capsules are compatible with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines. Espresso Bar and Puro Arabica meet the single-serve consumer demand and showcase a rich and complex espresso-style.

We follow a strict standard of packaging to preserve the optimum flavour of the coffee. All our coffee products are vacuum packaged in eco-friendly bags to keep the flavour and aromas fresh over time.
