Is there any definite news of inter province travel ban for the days 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 April? What is the informed likelihood of an Issan to Chonburi travel ban on any of these dates or after?

If there are extenuating circumstances such as medical treatment how would one go about proving it?

If traveling alone or in a private taxi do restrictions still apply?

I am aware these are a lot of questions but I assume they are relevant to people other than me.
