I watched the 1973 version, and yes a bit emotional at the end.

???? OMG! They turned it into a musical!

I just watched the trailer on IMDB - terrible! If you can find it, you'd enjoy the Frank Capra original much better, I'm sure.

(Still chuckling at the musical! ????)

Phar Lap (sad death of famous AU racehorse shortly after winning America's richest race)

Gallipoli (slaughter of AU soldiers in Turkey during WW1 )

Some obviously haven't read the thread. That was put up ages ago.

The 12th Man.

The 12th Man is a movie starring Thomas Gullestad, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and Marie Blokhus. They were 12 saboteurs. The Nazis killed 11 of them. This is the true story of the one who got away.

After having lived in Thailand for 11 years and watched a movie on my computer each night, just within the past 6 months I have noticed that I have to be very careful about the kind of movies I watch. If they are highly emotional, violent, vulgar, scary or stressful to watch in any way, I have to turn them off. I develop severe anxiety and my pulse and blood pressure surges. These movies go deep into your spirit and affect your subconscious mind, and this will trigger depression, anxiety, fear and sleepless nights. Be very careful what you put into your spirit!

Maybe you'd be better off to bin your computer.      ????
