You could apply for re-entry permit to keep the remainder of the 90 day extension the STV allows valid when he enters the country. When entering the country you would get the existing permit to stay date that you had when you left the country.

As ubonjoe says, I guess its possible.

But... I would think its like your coming again for the first time, as I dont see getting an exemption from entry requirements (again!).

 

(Negative) PCR Test within 72h, ASQ again ? and all the rest -- seems painful.
