I seen on BBC , Covid is rapidly spreading there,

after they managed to have so few cases before.

Maybe patting themselves on the back with the same hands that Thailand did!

They trusted the aircrews and airlines to behave responsibly.

Vietnam made the same mistake.

Everything is relative.  335 cases = "rapidly spreading" for Taiwan.  Thailand would LOVE to have those numbers again instead of what's happening now. ????

Foreigners with ARC card can still enter Taiwan, I’m actually surprised it hasn’t kicked off earlier, since they mainly rely on self management and reporting of health whilst in quarantine, nowhere near as strict as Thailand’s quarantine set up
