Chiang Mai Cemetery for Thai locals?

A Thai friend, who is not a member of any church, wanted to know where they could be buried with a simple headstone in the greater Chiang Mai/Lamphun province.

 

One of the Chinese cemeteries in the past had asked for around 300,000 Baht for a single space, irregardless of religious affinity. I know foreigners can be buried for around 30,000 Baht at the special foreign cemetery near the Ping River. Are there any affordable cemetery options in Chiang Mai/Lamphun for Thai locals?
