Hi all,

Basic Details:

4 bedroom town house on a private moo baan for sale (Regent 71 Place-check for it on Google maps), within easy walking distance to Phrakhanong BTS and W-District. Approximately 7 minutes walk to the BTS and 3 minutes walk to W-District.

2 Large double bedrooms, 2 average size double bedrooms, all en-suite. Large split level living room with additional toilet. Large Kitchen/Dining room, with another toilet. Smallish garden on 2 sides of the house. It is what we call in the UK an ‘end terrace’ house.

46 sq. wah of land, approximately 250sq m of living area (excludes the garden).

The moo baan has 24 hour security, private car parking, leisure area and communal pool shared by the 38 houses.

Other information:

Great location. Very easy walk to both the BTS and W-district. By car you have fast access to main Sukhumvit (via Soi Pridi 3 and Sukhumvit soi 69), or alternatively via Soi Pridi 5 and Sukhumvit 71. Sukhumvit 71 also allows quick and easy access to the Chalong Rat expressway, approx. 5 mins drive (if no traffic!). Sukhumvit 71 leads directly to Petchaburi and Pattanakarn roads, and further on to Rama 9 which connects with the number 7 motorway to Pattaya.

 

This is a great house in a fabulous location. I have lived in it for 15 years and I don’t really want to sell, but after our recent divorce the ex-wife wants to sell up and move back to buy land and farm in Nakhon Nowhere.

Update.

 

The ex has now agreed to reduce the price. 16 million.

 

I doubt you will get anything like the space anywhere near the location for this price.
