I always bang them on the floor first.

Wasn't in the shoes, but took up residence in the kitchen ( briefly )

Yeah, I've heard about that too, luckily it seem I didn't encounter that one:)

I never put my feet into a "wasp nest ".

And I asked all my friends: nobody did it so far. 

We are used to put our feet into shoes. 

And so it's amazing for me that obviously you do it different.
