We know of: Pumpui's La Grotta Both can be good but also a bit hit and miss, would like to try some other options. Just needs to be thin crust and high quality, not worried about price. Very good with the bonus of not being expensive. 160-240 Baht for 12 inch. Awesome crust, nice sauce, plenty of topping. It's a bit basic if you are dining in, as it isn't a swanky joint, but if its reliably good food you are going for it's a winner.
