On my screen the new reply notification looks like this and is almost unreadable, it's hard to see where to click on it. 

Can it be changed in a future release, or is it somewhere in my settings (here or on Chrome)?

That happens when the person that replied is using the dark mode on their phone or tablet.

Thanks, but I'm on a Windows 10 PC, dark mode not enabled.  It does look like it's in my Windows settings though, so please ignore this, I'll have a play the next time it comes up.

I was not writing about your computer. I was saying that   is using the dark mode.

Edit: I just had one appear like that.

Ahhhh.  Thanks.  Yeah, my settings don't seem to affect it.
