Can someone please tell how to book and pay for the covid pcr tests required for the certificate of entry ? Also how many tests and on what days ? I have been told that when you book the hotel the tests are often put on the bill but that has not happened when I went to book the hotel on a practise try .

The hotels that are part of the sandbox should be able to schedule the tests.

Look on the embassy website where you will be applying for the COE at.

I called my hotel to confirm - they didn't speak very good english. After booking through the 'thai visa center sandbox hotels' website I got an email (same day) linking me to a paypal payment site to pay for room, a few hours later I got an email linking me to paypal payment site to pay 8000 thb for the 3 covid tests, (I received payment confirmation for each from the hotel), then next day I received email with link to download SHABA certificate.

My hotel keeps telling me that they have a different process for people arriving after the 15th. When are you arriving? I tried calling the Embassy, but no answer and mailbox is full.

I cannot find anything about this (Except the post on reddit I posted).  I'm not arriving until the 25th but want to get everything going for my COE approval.

 

If anyone has more info on this please let me know. This is really the last thing I need to take care of.

My arrival date is the 24th, I contacted my hotel for covid test invoice last Monday and paid by PayPal. It doesn't surprise me rules have changed since then but I'd be keen to sort out COE if I was you too, have you considered contacted another hotel and rebooking? Maybe a different hotel will still let you book test now.
