Sorry poor wording.  Should have written 'generics like GPO or cheap branded meds, although GPO stuff is usually not very good quality'.

 

My local pharmacist has told a few times not to buy GPO due to quality problems and to get cheap branded meds instead.

Cialis, Viagra and Kamagra are so yesterday! Headaches, heart palpitations, blurred vision. Who needs or wants that? And who wants to support the Pharma mafia, if they do not have to? 

I've tried Grakcu.  It was pretty useless.  It was good at giving me quite severe indigestion though which detracted from 'doing the deed'.  

The first few times I tried Viagra 16 years ago I did get a headache, but only about the first 3 times of use.   I have NEVER had heart palpitations, ever, but my vision is sometimes slightly blurred and occasionally with a blue tinge.  These are known side-effects and perfectly manageable and short-acting.

 

Grakcu certainly didn't last 2 days either, more like a few hours.

Nope, certainly not the Grakcu.  Tried it once, gave me quite severe indigestion and barely worked.  I'm not much of a believer in herbal products anyway.  Thais are, but that's because they seem to believe anything that says 'herbal'.

Sheryl, have you heard of the stuff called CHU? One of these posts suggested that it is quite good, if you have is there any harm in it? I get good results with Cialis but it is hard to get out in the country and quite expensive.

Thanks. I'm still not clear on what the heck GPO is. Sounds like they do a bit of many things. More than what a single agency in the US does.  Not clear to me.

I consider Cialis superior. Try harder at a wider range of Pharmacies. I was warned of Zanax being in short supply soon too...possibly  for the same reason. Another alternative  is go for a check  up at hospital  get registered  for ED or enlarged  prostrate  and get official prescription  medicine

I am already registered at the andropause clinic and have had my PSA checked and a digital exam.  Both normal. 
They don't stock a large range of meds, but he prescribed some Sildenafil GPO (Viagra) which doesn't wok for me now, but at 152 baht for 4, I will just take 2 and see what happens.

I used to use Cialis when I went on Pattaya bonking weekends 16 or so years ago.  I have bought some genuine Cialis last week and will be giving it a whirl tomorrow night.

Fingers crossed.

I can't find any that don't work. It boils down to price and availability for me. Sorry, plus following the instructions. Don't eat 1 hour before activity and take at least 1 hour before. Then sit back and see what pops up.

Yes, I do know what to do, ta.  Been doing it 16 years.  Just bear in mind that all of us are different and what works for you may not work for others.  

And as I have repeated a dozen times on various threads, my pharmacist says that generally speaking, GPO products are not as good as branded generics.  I agree with him, Sidegra is not as good as Kamagra - for me.

Bought CHU after reading about it here. Subsequent headache for 2 weeks. Was it the Chu or something else? No idea. ????

That's what I have done.  

I have plenty of these, happy to post some out if anyone is in need, just let me know.

There will be a continuous shortage. 

You can simply approach male sellers at the market or taxi drivers etc. They will get you anything. Don't worry about the questionable quality. Indian stuff at the pharmacy is equally shady. You have no idea what's in it. 

Second option: fix the diet with a focus on lots of greens. Vegetables contain a lot of nitrates from which the body creates nitric oxide, which is pumped into the blood to make the D hard.

Just to report that Kamagra is back in pharmacies around Nana/Asok.

Today Southeast Pharmacy had small packs. And the Pharmacy on the right of Meridien Suites had big boxes of 50 (1200thb)

Plus you can find some with street vendors around but at your usual own risks, although the boxes look neat.

A friend living in Isan asked me to buy a box of Kamagra gell packs for him from the Street vendor at the base to Nana BTS, exit#3. He had bought from him in the past and the product seemed fine.  

I bought 2 boxes of gells (the new folding style), B800 per box. and later, did my own comparison between those and Kamagra gels I had bought previously from a trusted source. 

Essentially, I could detect no difference.  The "street" gells seemed just as effective as the others. The packaging was identical.

This was about 4 months ago.  Your experience may vary.
