There have been a lot of tough but fair questions on our pages on the forum recently - thanks to all the members who are taking the time to engage with us and with other posters. There have also been a few comments that I have had to report to moderators. Some of these are directed at me personally and express a view of what an Embassy Consular official does that is really out of date. So in order to help refocus these criticisms on issues that are relevant to more people, would it help if I explained what a typical working day looks like for a Consul in 2021? Hit Like if you think it would. If enough people vote for it, I will post something. If not, then I'll just go back to the day job.
