We regret to inform you that there is an emerging number of confirmed COVID-19 cases at Suvarnabhumi airport during the past few days. Our Elite Personal Assistants (EPA) are now considered as high-risk group and will be required to conduct a quarantine for self-monitoring for 14 days.

With this reason, we are deeply sorry to inform you that we are required to suspend our EPA service at Suvarnabhumi Airport from 16 July 2021 until 31 July 2021.

So there's now an outbreak in the airport.

 

I got the email today. I guess they sent it out to every Thailand Elite member regardless of whether they have an appointment or not. Normally you can make an appointment 5 days before you arrive or depart.
