Under the current lockdown rules condo renovation by contractors is a restricted or non-restricted activity?

I've not seen it mentioned anywhere. A good time for that kind of work anyway as it's quiet, less people moaning

We have banned it in our condo, but that's a decision made by our JPM & building manager. I don't think it's stipulated by any law. Seems sensible to not allow outside parties into your premises during this time.
