The diseases are categorized, eg for respiratory disease the ‘accepted categories are J40-J47.

Full form medical certificates provide this categorization but perhaps not those issued by local clinics.

Refer this list of defined diseases from Medpark:

I think they changed the goalposts. I qualified by having 2 of the diseases; namely hypertension and CKD (Stage 3) and have had my first AZ vaccine on 7th June 2021. They then changed the requirements to only stage 5 CKD (Transplant required!) and the term "Hypertension" vanished to be replaced by Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).

2nd dose of the AZ vaccine was then changed from a 16 week interval to a 12 week interval, but it seems only in some areas of Thailand. Twice I have visited my local hospital and twice they have refusesd to change my 2nd vaccine appt. date. I'm still scheduled for my 2nd AZ dose on 28th September (16 weeks + 1 day).

If they offered Pfizer as a 2nd dose I would take it as the reports of that order of vaccine mix is positive. My fingers are still crossed!
