Kind gesture by Si Sa Ket police towards Covid-infected 4-year-old

A four-year-old girl infected with Covid-19 was given milk and a blanket by Muang Si Sa Ket Police as encouragement for her to stay alone in a field hospital in Si Sa Ket province.

'A pack of milk and a blanket' and that's news is it? A 100 Baht pack of sugar milk and a blanket.  Words fail me. The poor kid would be better off and more induced to stay if the police paid for one of her close relatives to be with her.  It's not a 'kind gesture' at all, its a pathetic excuse for one. The insensitively of the Authorities to the plight of their people makes me sick to my stomach.
