Phitsanulok still alcohol free after 8/31/21?

Anyone know if Phitsanulok has lifted the absolutely no alcohol sold anywhere anytime decree after 8/31?  Were there a few weeks ago and the entire town was dry, my have to stop over again in about 5 days.

today Tesco had no signs up so alcohol is allowed again
