Countries allowing transit.

Hello. Iv been looking at joinsherpa.com to research travel restrictions. The information on the site is vague and does not distinguish between transit passengers and people who want to officially enter the country. Could anyone recommend a different site or does anyone know the latest transit status(s) of: Singapore, HK, Japan or South Korea. As of just looking at the site, only South Korea is allowing for transit.
