I'm followed VespaKung on Facebook for years but I'm finally ready to bite the bullet and have a custom Vespa restored/rebuilt for me. It's not cheap but the works seems quality. Has anyone every ordered a bike through them before? Was hoping to get a review before I shell out the deposit.

Aren't these India made Vespas?
And if so, do they come with a green book?
