If a condo in Phillipines has Fiber internet will it then be possible to watch youtube videos and movies on my IPad?

It may be fiber going into the condo but does that fiber extend all the way to the internet provider.  Your system is just as fast as the slowest part of it.

I'm not familiar with the ipad but I add my laptop to the condo network and cast from my computer to the TV.  Think the ipad would be similar but you may be able to cast without a dongle.
