I have been looking to rent a shoebox condo near suvi airport 

 

I contacted 20+ agents and not one wants to rent less than a year.

 

In a complex with over 100+ empty condos with asking price 6500 to 10000 baht for exactly the same thing.

 

Is there zero demand for shorter rental periods like 3 or 6 months ?

 

Legal shortest lease is 30 days right?   Even some put their shoebox on airbnb for 700to 1200 baht but with cleaning fee and airbnb fee this becomes 1900 baht for a night

I wonder if i could buy a unit and rent it out for 15000 per month on a monthly basis
