Is there any where in Chiang Rai that will issue a Vaccine Passport?  or n agent that can help m get such a Passport?  

I have had Thai Double vaccine, Sinovac and Astra Zeneca, and would hope to be able to travel to UK after Christmas, and return to Thailand later in the year.

Thai niece has applied for a passpor for me on line, but no response after nearly 2 weeks
