Mosquito traps

Anyone out there have a rec' for a mosquito trap that doesn't zap them but collects them on a filter or sticky pad etc.

Trying to keep as many as possible away from the dog. I know you can't kill them all, I just want to reduce them as much as possible.  Dog has never got used to the cracks and pops the electric zappers make.

Our dog's cushion is outside on the front steps. We put a small fan next to it that keeps the air moving enough to make it difficult for mosquitos to land on him. Some mornings there are lots of dead mosquitos on the steps that were killed as they passed through the fan.
