Personal Trainer for Condo gym

Hi - any one know or can recommend how to find a personal trainer to help me at the Condo gym. Am a beginner who would like to learn to use the equipment and have a plan set up and be helped through it. I'd prefer to do it at he condo gym rather than at an outside gym. How much I should expect to pay for hour a day.

My Thai gf has been a certified personal trainer for the last four years. She usually trains clients at a gym in East Pattaya, but I’m sure she would train you at your condo gym. Her rate is in the area of 500 baht/hour. If you’d like, I can have her reach out to you. Do you have Line messenger?
