It is dated to the report back date on the under consideration stamp.

Understand, however, like all Immigration offices in Thailand they all have their own rules, 3 months is the rule here at Mukdahan office. Same for last 3 years I have applied.

The have their own requirements that is not a rule. The only rule is the immigration order for extensions of stay that has stated is is 2 months since 2006.

They are just confusing the old rules for extensions based upon retirement that is now 2 months as well.
