Thai pass question

Alternative Quarantine (Paid AQ hotel reservation)

The question is - is it acceptable to book SHA Extra Plus hotel in Bangkok for 7 days when choose Alternative Quarantine?

If you are fully vaccinated you can qualify for the 7 day AQ quarantine. I think a SHA++ hotel will be also accepted.

You will need to have a covid 19 test scheduled and another one 6 or 7 days after arrival.

AQ is ten days in BKK, is it not ?

The AQ quarantine can be 7, 10 or 14 days. If fully vaccinated and and not from a high risk country it is 7 days.

If not vaccinated it is 10 days for those from low risk countries.

You need to book at a hotel which is approved for -- and offers -- AQ. Not all SHA++ do.
