How to convert URLs into shortcode for WordPress site?

I have few links for my affiliate which hosted to the product provider,

some examples:

www.webname.com/product_one/My_ID

www.webname.com/product_two/My_ID

 

How possible to convert these links using a wordpress plugin to convert the URL into a shortcode such as:

 

[companyname-storefront-popular]

[companyname-storefront-bestselling]

[companyname-storefront-reviews]

When replace a such shortcode into the text editor or code inserter, it will automatically fetch the data hosted URL webpage and be displayed in my brand name website, and when a visitor click on any item listed in the page, will be redirected automatically to the vendor side along with my affiliate ID.

Please help how to fix this? is there any piece of programming code to run this that I can search for? API or web scraping needed for this?
