Does Having Another Visa To A Eu Country

Will having a visa to another EU country help my g/f when she goes for her interview for a UK visa?

As eastern europe has joined the EU will having say a Polish visa show that she is intending to travel elsewhere and is therefore less likely to run off in the UK or is this just a long shot.

I do not intend to smuggle her into anywhere. So please reply.
