SET up DD with them few years ago,no problems,took money from bank regularly,had quite few wins,one in particular few months ago,just missed 1.3 million by one number  (UK million)  but paid out for  near miss. Since then,fewer small wins,paid out ok, but no email from them confirming of anything,seems strange,even VPN does not change anything,rules are rules but not receiving an email when abroad seems bit over the top

What confirmation do you seek? And are there really any organisations that restrict their email traffic to isp addresses within a defined area? can they do that?

Seemed to be the case,did complain,had 3 emails from them in quick succession last few days

 

The point was  lucky dips, won a couple recently,no idea of numbers obv.,but then no notification,if low enough (think 50k) automatically put into bank,anything above no idea that a win had occurred,after 12 months cannot claim,sort of a lose lose situation,anyway in tonight s draw  courtesy of lucky dip and regular number.  3xs won since 5 Jan...Beam me up Scotty
