We have had some protocols in force for some months in our condo, including:

1) Only 1 resident or residents from 1 unit allowed in the lift at the same time;

2) Booking system for facilities, as above for 1 hour per booking, per unit

3) No delivery services to the Lobby, but dropped off at a temporary "station" outside the Main Entrance Lobby etc.

Some residents are now asking that restrictions be lifted, and I am keen to proceed that way, but the government's policy still seems unclear, when Test & Go quarantine is still in force, with a potential for hospitalistion even when asymptomatic etc. Similarly, if one tests positive for Covid at a hospital or testing centre, there is no clear cut government policy directive to these facilities, that hospitalisation should not be mandatory.

What's happening in your condo? Is it time to open up condo Covid restrictions?

Moved from 4 to 5 people in the lift at the same time. Aircons in lobby are now on, rather than opened windows and fans blowing the air away. The thermal camera station at entrance is no longer manned and most residents walk around it without checking for fever. The number of people increased in the shared facilities, but still require booking, which now moved from physical book and tickets at lobby to Urbanice app. Opening times for shared facilities extended to 6 am-10pm.

Other restrictions remain. We still have 2-3 cases of COVID per day, many now allowed to quarantine in condo, but not allowed to leave room. Juristic staff will deliver mail/packages, food deliveries, etc. to room, and remove trash from in front of the room twice a day.
