Orthopaedic doctor recommendation (Bangkok)

Hi, does anyone know an orthopaedic doctor they can recommend? Got pains in my wrist/hands that isn't going away. In fact it's getting worse and limiting what I can do at the gym. Also getting annoying for day to day activities.
