The man known as Big Joke who is now a multi-job advisor at RTP HQ had been named in a suit by Pol Col Krisanapong Kanjachaikit accusing him of perjury and defamation. The case related back to July 2011 when a group of twelve men were facing charges related to taking bribes from a karaoke establishment. The court had given the plaintiff in July 2020 to present evidence of wrong doing on behalf of the defendant - Big Joke - but had failed to do so. Just thai courts have to work harder how to dismiss such case, or how to blame the innocent. It all can be done. Example above. This case took 10 years to come to conclusion.
