I am in the process of switching from cesspit to septic tank, with that comes the leechfield, digging 1 meter down by 1 meter wide to put a layer of aggregate stones in and then the drain pipe and another layer of stone then a geotextile. My path for the leech field runs through a area with all trees (fruit producing) that are spaced within 2m at times of each other. I want to put in a root barrier along the sides of my leech field trench but the sizes of HDPE seem to be 3m-9m width rolls and not a lot to choose from in Thailand. I am looking for 1 meter width that is sourced in Thailand perhaps 1.5mm to 2mm thick? Anyone know if that 9m wide stuff can be easily cut to the width I want?
