First name and last name in Thai driver's license
Sounds like the OP has his name in the same order as you. Not an issue of any sort. My license is First/Second/Surname, maybe I should be the one to complain, mind you I don't use it for flights or hotels, etc. (UK license and Passport both have Surname first). -

Has anyone successfully been issued with a Thai Taxation Identification Number ( TIN).
It was near the train station across the main road...but again it was 2012 so you better double check if they are even there anymore 😉 -

Also - this is a classic example of the lies used by the anti counterfeit groups. Why would a company, even one producing fakes make sure their products contain some of the most harmful substances around - it's propaganda. A solid counterfeit operation will strive to match the quality of the original in such a way that even the trademark holders can barely tell the difference - this is what they fear the most and it's why they spend massive amounts of money employing private investigation agencies running non stop undercover operations for decades on end fighting it. -
