with my business partners planning to visit vietnam to close a deal with a factory,

what are the requirements and current situation and conditions to enter vietnam these days for a short trip business purpose?

We need around 10 - 15 days visit to finalize the needful process for shipping the goods,

any advise of how to apply for the visa?

shall we ask the factory to issue invitation letters for us to facilitate the process?

shall we advise them to contact with official department to approve our visit purpose?

or any advice about this matter?
