What do I need to Travel Thailand now

I haven't really been following all the rules what do I need to travel to Thailand now?

 

Did they scrap the second stay in a hotel could I fly next week if I wanted to.

Second day PCR scrapped and the medical insurance was lowered to $20,000, my Thailand Pass arrived in 9 hours, they are recommending apply at least 7 days before departure,,
