The Ban Bueng Police were notified of the accident at 5:00 P.M. on the Nong Chark – Panat Nikhom Road in Nong Chark sub-district. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the body of Mr. Meng Chia, 34, a Cambodian national who was lying near a road sign and his damaged motorbike. He was believed to have died immediately upon impact following the accident and was not wearing a protective motorbike helmet.
